1: NWC, Inc is a business to business wholesaler and does not as a rule sell to the general public. We are a business member’s only organization and as such all dealings with us shall constitute a business-to-business transaction.

We do not deal with consumers and thus are not members of any business to consumer organizations such as the BBB; we are members of several Chamber of Commerce Organizations, The Fair Business Associate of America, and are a Dun & Bradstreet rated company.

2: NWC, Inc guarantees that all it’s name brand merchandise is brand new and factory fresh. We do not sell seconds or refurbished goods of any kind. All our products come with a full USA manufacturers warrantee and if needed can obtain service in 1,000’s of service centers nationwide.

3: Our low price guarantee. We pledge to all our dealers to offer low prices on all our products. If you ever find a price lower then our then current price on any item in our Office Electronics catalog, we guarantee to beat the lower price by at least 10% and give you free shipping on the item. Please see our low price guarantee certificate with your dealership for the full extent of this guarantee.

4: Payments: NWC, Inc is pleased to a variety of payment types including all major credit cards, checks, money orders, certified and cashier checks, western union and on orders over $2,500 bank wires. Credit card orders are limited to a maximum of $1,500.00 for your first purchase. 90-days after your first credit card purchase the $1,500.00 is raised to $5,000.00. All credit card orders of $1,500.00 or more must be shipped to the address that the credit card bills to. In order to drop ship orders over this amount, we suggest you obtain a cash advance on your credit card and overnight the payment to us in the form of a cashier or certified check. A $2.50 service fee will be applied to all orders under $25.00 in merchandise value (before shipping costs)

5: International and Canadian orders: All payments must be made in US funds only. Shipment times to foreign countries can vary greatly. Please always allow a minimum of 6 to 8 weeks for shipments to arrive to any country other then Canada. Orders going to Canada average 12 to 15 days, but can take more time if customs holds up the order. We are not responsible for any shipment delays to any country due to customs. In addition, all duties and import taxes are the full responsibility of the customer who is receiving the merchandise.

7: Charge card surcharge: Since we sell everything at below wholesale prices we must ask that you pay a small transaction fee on each order in which you pay by charge card. The following is a break down of the fee that will be added to each order in which a charge card is used.

Under $500.00 = No Charge

$501.00 to $1000.00 = $10.00

$1001.00 to $1500.00 = $20.00

$1501.00 to $2000.00 = $30.00

$2001.00 and above = $38.00

American Express:

Under $500.00 = No Charge

$501.00 to $1000.00 = $15.00

$1001.00 to $1500.00 = $26.00 I

ncrementing by $10.00 increments for each $500.00-- no limit.

PAYPAL:

Under $200.00 = No Charge 2.5% of the order, maximum of $18.00 on all orders above $200.00
